We were walking around New York and got all the way to Bryant Park... Beka went to take this photo and within seconds tourists were crowded around her stealing the shot. So she went down further and got in their shot...

We moved stuff around in the kitchen and added a little window seat. Both kitties are content with it...

doug's home, pushkin's making sure

Doug had to go to Colorodo for work. Both the kitties missed him and so Pushkin made sure he stayed when he got back.

eva learns

Eva was hungry one night... so hungry that after we went to bed, she was chewing at the 30 lb bag of food. So Beka got out of bed and put the bag on the counter -- where Eva wasn't allowed to be. A little while later we heard the noise again but Doug got up for it. Beka mumbled as he was throwing his feet over the side, "Put it in the oven" and rolled back over into sleep. Doug put it in the hall closet instead.

By the next day, Eva had learned the new home of her precious food and rolled around on her back with her paws under the door. She of course stopped once Beka tried to take a picture, but she looked no less guilty.

stephanie's birthday!

We celebrated Stephanie's birthday with a great dinner out. It was FANTASTIC to catch up with everyone!

spring!

Spring is finally starting to show itself in NY. We were early to an appointment at the Apple Store to fix Doug's laptop and so we stopped in Central Park for 20 minutes. Beka took over 60 pictures. There will be more pictures when the weather gets even better....
