fourth of july

This year we were excited that the Macy's fireworks were moved from the East side to the West side of Manhattan. Some of you may remember last year when we didn't really have a view of fireworks. We figured it would be much easier for us to see everything and we could have a nice afternoon/evening watching fireworks and enjoying Dinosaur BBQ.

We had learned our lesson from last year and did not have visible beer... just doritos.

But even still, good bbq was the only good thing of the evening. We had absolutely no view of the fireworks. Again.

3 years

We celebrated our three year anniversary with a nice dinner at a french bistro and then went out for a movie.

youth showcase

There was a youth showcase at the church to benefit the youth trip to New Orleans next month. Our friend Ryan came out and helped to lead improv with a group. More pictures on the church's facebook and website.
