Beka made a butternut squash soup with apples, cinnamon, garlic, veggie bacon crumbles. As it was the combination of 2 recipies and she had never made anything with butternut squash, it was pretty tasty.

I bought a butternut squash just yesterday, with no idea or game plan as to how I shall cook it. However, the acorn squash I experimented on proved pretty tasty.
